Pharmacist, with a masters degree in public health and specialization in Supply Chain. International consultant with 20 years of experience in the areas of pharmaceutical management. Expert in the procurement and supply of health and medical products, and good storage practices. Experience in education, research, pharmaceutical regulations, transportation of laboratory samples, design and implementation of supply chains for health products. It has Designed and implemented a supply chain system for health products in Peru and the Dominican Republic and has contributed to improving the systems in Honduras, Ecuador and Bolivia. It Has also developed studies and treaties to improve access and rational use of drugs and medical devices.

Pharmacist, with master’s degrees in Public Health and specialization in the Supply Chain of health products. International consultant with 20 years of experience in health issues, medications and laboratory sample transportation. He has participated in projects in Peru, Ecuador, the Dominican Republic and Honduras.
