Doctor of Medicine, Master’s Degree in Pharmaco-epidemiology and Postgraduate Degree in Therapeutic Advisory and Drug Information Programs. Postgraduate Degree in Immunology research, with a Major in Attention to HIV and Antiretroviral Therapy. Degree in Public Health and projects management. Certified through Global Fund’s online learning platform on the Global Fund operation, funding model and management of health product. Member of the International AIDS Society and International Society for Pharmoeconomics and Outcomes Research. Consultant with 13 years of experience in the areas of design, development and implementation of interventions for HIV, Tuberculosis, Malaria, pharmaceutical management, Rational Drugs Use, Pharmaco-economics analysis and Health System Strengthening. Development and implementation of sustainable financing strategies for transfer of essential medicines and supplies from an international financing to a government financing (National sources). HIV, Tuberculosis and essential drugs financial gap analysis. Development and organization of Integrated Supply Management Systems for essential medicines and Public Health supplies. Evaluation of Logistics System for Transporting Biological Samples and Delivering Test Results. Experience in monitoring, evaluation and sustainability and transition plans from international funding to domestics funding. Experience with USAID, Europe Union, UNAIDS and Global Fund projects.
