  • Design and implementation of supply systems for medicines, sanitary and laboratory products.
  • Review and update of essential drugs lists.
  • Organization of national forecasting and programming exercises for the procurement of medicines and supplies.
  • Organization of the distribution chain and improvement of storage practices.
  • Design the systems for the transportation of biological samples and prompt reporting of results.
  • Development and implementation of actions to transfer the responsibility of financing support of national programs from international donors to local or government public sources in order to improve the sustainability of national programs, such as the HIV, tuberculosis and other programs.
  • Designed and implemented final evaluations to demonstrate that the intervention produced the expected results and impact. These evaluations allow the client to confidently extend the benefits of the intervention on a larger scale.
